Steve quickly excelled his career under the direction of Andrew Dale,
Owner/founder of UNITE, at Dale International. After only 3 years he rose to the position of Art Director and traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe teaching.

With over 15 years of experience Steve is Co-owner of Suede and a member of the UNITE Senior Artistic team for over 7 years, he prides himself on expanding creative limits in haircutting techniques and styling imagination.

Trevor Ellingson

Trevor started his career at Dale International assisting under Andrew Dale learning precision hair cutting & coloring the Vidal Sassoon way. Moving up in his career he has worked on stage with product lines such as Fudge & Unite Eurotherapy teaching the latest hair cutting & coloring techniques all over the United States.

After years of stage work Trevor realized his dream of being a salon owner and opened Suede along with his business partner Steve. With over 15 years of experience working behind the chair Trevor specializes in hair cutting & coloring, knowing everything from the classics to the trendiest of styles.

He prides himself in listening to the clients and giving them exactly what they want and also need.

Crystal Reedholm

Over her 22-year career Crystal has gained the experience and knowledge to truly be considered an expert in her field.

She has been a salon manager, and artistic director. She is a former educator for Hikari Scissors. With them she traveled the country teaching haircutting and inspiring other hairdressers.

Margeaux Weith

With over 13 years experience in the industry Margeaux has made her true focus and passion hair color as well as healthy beautiful hair.

Before deciding to step down to raise a family, Margeaux was a color educator for Unite for over 6 years and traveled throughout the United States teaching hair color.

Her experience and unique way of thinking about hair color is why she was picked as Editor’s choice for “top colorist” in San Diego by 944 magazine 5 years in a row.

Margeaux prides herself not only on her cutting and coloring but also her attention to detail when it comes to costumer service.

Barbie Gotinco-Sanchez

At 18 Barbie started her career as a receptionist at Dale International. Realizing her interest in the artistry of haircutting and coloring, Barbie continued with her education in cosmetology. While assisting under Andrew Dale and his artistic directors she received advanced training in precision cutting and creative color technique.

With over 10 years in the industry Barbie continues to take pride in her work and her professionalism. She credits her strong foundation and learned skills to her coworkers and her environment both of which have helped transform her into a versatile hair stylist and a well-rounded person.

Barbie is always accommodating to her clients and goes out of her way to provide them with the best customer service possible. Her passion for fashion and helping others find their own creativity and authenticity inspire her to continue to do hair for years to come.

Aida Shiflet

Aida began her 14-year career while assisting at Dale International. While at Dale, She learned many concepts from Andrew Dale that helped form the foundation of her skills. Aida then headed east, and settled at an Aveda concept salon in Florida. She credits this 5-year experience as crucial to the level of diversity and innovation she now employs in styling.
